Birthday Parties

Crescent Farms welcomes the young…and the young at heart…to come and have a fun filled day on the farm! Celebrate out at the farm in one of the region's most pastoral settings for a family celebration. Get in touch with your inner farmer and return to the roots of rural living. Enjoy a 30-minute tractor-driven hayride out to our 350-acre farm with beautiful hay, pumpkin and corn fields. A lot of our corn silage is sold to Richardson Ice-Cream the same delicious ice cream we serve.

Children's birthday parties are offered from April to October. Treat your birthday child to a day they’ll never forget at Crescent Farms. We take reservations for birthday parties, picnics or family get together. How about having your company picnic, fundraiser, or family reunion here at the farm? We strive to offer farm parties that are convenient, fun, and reasonably priced. We hear it all the time - “that’s the best party I ever had.”

At our ice cream stand we have a fenced in animal pen with goats, cows, horses and ducks.

Party Food

• We respectfully request that no food deliveries from outside sources be made. Food available see below

• You are welcome to bring your own cake and supplies. All food and drinks must be purchased from our ice-cream stand.

Rain Policy

The hayride wagons will NOT provide shelter for rain showers so the party goers should bring raincoats if rain is expected. If lightning is forecasted, we will require to reschedule or severe weather. Upon request rain dates can be given at time of booking.

What to Bring

You are welcome to come 1/2 hour early to decorate your area. The picnic tables will be cleaned, but you will need to bring any table covers, paper products/cake/utensils etc.
 

Company Picnics/Family Parties

Crescent Farms provides the ideal setting for your company or family outdoor party. Our basic package can be modified to suit your needs.
 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 5 days' notice of cancellation prior to party date is required to receive a refund.

One terrific benefit of having your party at Crescent Farms is the flexibility we offer for your event. Enjoy your own party: socialize with your guests, enjoy a scenic hay wagon ride around the farm and indulge in refreshments!

What’s better than being outside, enjoying a hayride, seeing the animals, getting exercise and having fun? During the fall season we offer apple cider donuts at $11.00 per dozen

PLEASE NOTE:   Outside food, drink or unauthorized parties are not permitted on the Crescent Farms property with the exception that you can bring your own birthday cake.

Packages

Package 1: A hayride and pumpkin included, for $10.00 per person

Package 2: A hayride, pumpkin picking, and ice cream included, for $15.00 per person

Package 3: A hayride, pumpkin picking, corn maze, and ice cream included, 20.00 per person

The hayride travels around the 350-acre farm, and the ice cream is a baby ice cream in a cup from Richardson's. The pumpkin picking is a stop on the hayride, where everyone can pick one field trip pumpkin. The corn maze is a trip through our own corn maze, with an average time of 40 minutes.

Food Prices

Food is available to purchase and must be ordered the day before the party.
